Mobile app for stores, customers, and teams on the KublAi ecosystem
KublAi CRM is an iOS and Android app for merchants and authorized staff. It helps you work with your KublAi-connected stores: customers, orders, audiences, automations, and related workflows. What you can see and do depends on your account and permissions in your organization.
You can sign in with email and password, Google, or Sign in with Apple on supported devices. Use the credentials provided by your organization or create an account as your admin allows. Open your profile from the avatar in the top-right of the app to update your photo, change language, sign out, or delete your account.
To delete your account in the app, go to Profile → Delete account, enter your email to confirm, and complete any re-authentication step if prompted. If you cannot access the app, email us and we can help with a deletion request. See the Privacy Policy for details.
