KublAi CRM — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

KublAi CRM ("we", "our") is a mobile application for customer relationship management within the KublAi ecosystem. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app may collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using KublAi CRM, you agree to this policy.

2. Data we collect

• Account and authentication: When you sign in with email and password, with Google, or with Apple (on supported devices), we receive identifiers and profile information needed to authenticate you (for example, email address, name) and associate them with your account. Authentication and core data services are hosted on Google Firebase.
• Business and CRM data: To provide the service, we process data you access or submit in the app in connection with your stores and organization, such as customer records, orders, audiences, automations, tags, and related operational information, as configured for your account.
• Optional integrations: If your organization enables features that connect to other KublAi services (for example, Big Data or external APIs), additional data may be sent according to those features and your configuration.
• Device and diagnostics: We may process limited technical data (for example, app version, device type) as needed to maintain security, fix issues, and improve reliability.

This app does not require access to your device camera or photo library for core CRM features.

3. How we use your data

We use the information above to:

• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Display and sync CRM and store-related data you are authorized to access.
• Operate optional features you or your organization enable.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the service; comply with applicable law.

4. Third-party services

The app relies on service providers, including:

• Google Firebase (Google): authentication, database (Firestore), and related infrastructure. Use is subject to Google's terms and privacy policies.
• Google Sign-In (Google): when you choose to sign in with Google.
• Sign in with Apple (Apple): when you choose to sign in with Apple on iOS or other supported platforms. Use is subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers only as needed to run the app and the KublAi platform, or when required by law.

5. Retention and security

We retain account and business-related data as long as your account or organization relationship is active and as needed for operations and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can manage some sign-in settings through your Google or Apple account when you use those sign-in options.

Account deletion: You can delete your account directly in the KublAi CRM app from Profile → Delete account (open your profile from the avatar in the top-right of the app). The app asks you to confirm by entering your account email. For security, you may also be asked to sign in again before deletion is processed. This permanently removes your authentication account from KublAi CRM and cannot be undone.
